Stan
Marts
Stan Marts is a Principal with Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) and runs the firm's Talent Management practice. He helps SWD clients reduce unwanted employee turnover, select and retain top performing employees and develop both current and future leaders.
Stan brings over 20 years of industry, managerial and consulting experience to SWD. He has had experience across all four principal foundations of a business: Strategy, Process & Systems, Finance, and People. Prior to joining SWD, Stan ran his own workplace productivity firm, Compass Associates.
Stan is an active member of the Houston business community. He is a strong supporter of the American Society for Training and Development (Board Member, Houston Chapter, 2005) as well as the Greater Houston Partnership, the primary advocate of Houston's business community. He also is the founder and past president (2004) of the Professional Development Group of Houston, a business and professional development association for executives.
Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

C.R."Chuck"Carey, President and Co-Founder of Executive-Link, LLC, has over thirty years of sales and management experience. Chuck has been a top performer for organizations like Pitney Bowes, Dennison Mfg, Western Union, Digital Communications Associates, Optio Software, and Resolutions, to name a few. Chuck was Co-Founder, VP of Sales and major stockholder of Optio Software guiding them through their IPO and was a major stockholder in Resoutions, LLC where he served as VP of Sales until their acquisition by Agilysys. Chuck is a member of the Chairman's Inner-Circle for the Lifestyle Center of America Clinic and is an advisor to their board.
Chuck works with all types of organizations helping them discover how Executive-Link can make a positive impact on their organizations. Chuck helps senior management teams by showing them how the information contained within the unique web-based Executive-Link program can provide them with insights into new markets, as well as be able to better understand the issues that their clients are struggling with. Chuck works with marketing managers to understand how they can develop targeted marketing campaigns using the information provided from within Executive-Link to provide specific marketing opportunities. Without a doubt the largest group of people that Chuck works with is the sales management group. With his years of experience in this area Chuck is able to provide first hand experience in ways to use Executive-Link to overcome many issues that management has with their sales teams. Issues like more accurate forecasting, better qualification skills, better account penetration are just some of the ways Chuck has been able to help sales managers gain better control of these pressing issues.
Gadi
Pollack
Business Mentoring and Management Coaching
Gadi Pollack has a business background in wholesale distribution, banking, insurance and investments at management positions from bank branch manager through VP Sales to COO. His broad experience, close client relationships and unique insights enable Gadi to objectively assess client situations. Gadi has conducted seminars at University of Houston, Houston Baptist University, Society of Professional Women in Petroleum and with the American Institute of Architects. He's also Vice Chairman of the prestigious Ambassador Program of the Greater Houston Partnership where he has been instrumental in developing a mentoring program for partnership members. Gadi is also a member of the Rotary Club of Houston where he sits on the Steering Committee of the East End Strategic Vision Project.
Gadi's strength is in helping companies maximize their human capital by:
- Mentoring highly intelligent, technically proficient executives with C-level potential who lack people perspective and underperform in subordinate/client relationships.
